Not listed in the itinerary, is the fun photo op you can see above with the polaroid frame!  This is positioned at the east entrance (the side closest to Lake Mead).

If you only have time (or stamina) to do one hike, I highly recommend the White Domes trail.  Start there first, especially in the summer, as much of the trail has no shade.
