Let's begin with a 30 minute gab session. A one-on-one video or phone call where we discuss you. Where are you at in your world? What is causing you anxiety? Where are you carrying your stress? Are you feeling blue? Is something overwhelming you? Let's talk. Dive deep and find out what exactly we can focus on this month to ensure you are taking care of the very important you. We will wrap up our session with a recovery tool to guide you through your coming month - sometimes this will be a meditation or a breathing exercise, sometimes journaling will be involved. Whatever it is - it is something you will have in your back pocket to use as a guide through your daily life.
The following week you can expect to receive an email from me with your custom 60 minute yoga class. This video will focus on what we discussed the week before in our video session. It will be all yours - to practice with as often as you like.
Lastly, we will schedule 2 distance reiki sessions to take place during the month, to provide nourishment for your body and support your spirit as you progress through your self-care and recovery. Our distance reiki sessions will last 20 minutes each.

I will join you with love and light at your session in your own home. Together we will discuss your history, needs and desires over a cup of hot tea. A calming scent will be diffused as you get comfortable on the therapy table. A Reiki session generally lasts 45-60 minutes. It is possible for you to experience feeling hot or cold, seeing colors or light, feeling tingly - or nothing at all. Every session is uniquely your own. After our Reiki session is done, I will hold a sacred space for you to discuss anything that may have come up for you. Reiki can be a vulnerable experience - both powerful and healing. While we sit and talk, as you are served a cold glass of water to allow your body and spirit adjust to the energy. Total time is approximately 90 minutes.

Whether you are under the weather, too busy in your daily life, or live in another part of the country, distance Reiki is just as effective for healing. Distance Reiki can be scheduled during stressful times, childbirth, before or after surgeries, when you're suffering from seasonal allergies, a cold or flu, or when you may be experiencing grief or sadness. Also, as a recovering alcoholic, I specialize in Reiki for addiction and recovery. Whether you're struggling with quitting smoking, drinking or drugs, or suffer from food, gambling or shopping addictions, distance Reiki is a powerful therapy to assist in your healing process. Distance Reiki classes will be set up via email, after we have had a brief phone introduction.
