The Desert Wilding Experience is a one-on-one experience tapping into your body's strength and your spirit's wild desires to connect with nature.
This adventure is specifically designed for women with the desire to feel EMPOWERED in their bodies!
+ If you've ever struggled with going to a fitness class because you felt like you didn't belong there.
+ If you've cringed at the idea of using gym equipment.
+ If you've wanted to get out and appreciate nature, but felt intimidated.
+ If you've shied away from taking a hike because you didn't know where to start.
What is the Desert Wilding Experience?
+ First we'll get an idea of your comfort level. Our hike is geared to your specific needs. We may do a walk on a nature trail or a more challenging hike with a little rock scrambling. It's what works for you.
+ Once we've decided on where we will go, then we'll discuss the details. What to wear, what to bring, and when to be where.
+ The DWE will include a hike or walk suitable to your skill level. Lengths vary - ranging from 1/4 mile to 2.5 miles. Your comfortability is important!
+ Along the way you will decide whether a Curvy Yoga practice or a more gentle, restorative-style yoga practice will benefit you. Either way, we will practice yoga out in the wild and end with a guided meditation. + Along the trail we will take a few wild photos in nature and when we finish the hike together we'll part ways feeling empowered and alive!
