Three Month Program
At the Beginning of the Program
We will start you off on your road to wellness with amazing aromatherapy resources!
DoTERRA Essential Oils has developed a new Yoga Collection with a trio of EO blends designed specifically to aid your practice. You will receive the entire boxed set.
You will also receive a bottle of Wild Orange + a bottle of Peppermint Essential Oils with a guide on how to incorporate them into your life holistically.
Additionally, after our first video session, I will create a custom roller bottle blend for you that will include a crystal roller ball topper to aid in your healing and wild wellness.
All of this comes with exclusive access to the Vagabond Zen Oils Tribe Facebook Community where you can always post your questions regarding aromatherapy and natural wellness.
You will receive access to all of our original e-Guidebooks for essential oils wellness, including guides on Emotional Healing with EOs + Crystals, Chakras + EOs, Yoga + EOs, and EOs for Traveling.
Lastly, an annual wellness membership is included for DoTERRA that provides a minimum 25% discount on all of their essential oils and wellness products.
Monthly
Let's begin with a 30 minute gab session. A one-on-one video or phone call where we discuss you. Where are you at in your world? What is causing you anxiety? Where are you carrying your stress? Are you feeling blue? Is something overwhelming you? Let's talk. Dive deep and find out what exactly we can focus on this month to ensure you are taking care of the very important you. We will wrap up our session with a recovery tool to guide you through your coming month - sometimes this will be a meditation or a breathing exercise, sometimes journaling will be involved. Whatever it is - it is something you will have in your back pocket to use as a guide through your daily life.
The following week you can expect to receive an email from me with your custom 60 minute yoga class. This video will focus on what we discussed the week before in our video session. It will be all yours - to practice with as often as you like.
Lastly, we will schedule 2 distance reiki sessions to take place during the month, to provide nourishment for your body and support your spirit as you progress through your self-care and recovery. Our distance reiki sessions will last 20 minutes each.
