From None to Sun is a 6 week program designed specifically for you!
+ We will join together online in a small, private group of supportive yogis of all sizes and skill levels. + Each week you will receive a video yoga class with the poses of Sun Salutation in a variety of manners. + We will start with doing the poses in a chair, progress to using the wall as a prop, and so forth. + You will learn the poses of Sun A in a way that makes sense to you and your body! + In our private group, throughout the week you will have the opportunity to ask me any questions you may have about supporting your yoga practice. You'll be able to share your wins with your fellow students! + You'll also receive a weekly guide including photos of that week's poses, so you can print it out and follow along all week at home. + Plus a bonus gift every week! Including meditations, mudras, bandhas, and a bit of yogic knowledge!
