HOW IT WORKS

I COME TO YOU
​A licensed + insured yoga teacher will come to you with all the necessary mats + props to instruct your class.
WE DO YOGA
Our yoga practice will be custom designed and uniquely tailored to benefit you and your group's needs.  
YOU'RE RENEWED
Yoga helps people feel refreshed and recharged, while bringing them together in a group experience.
NO PREVIOUS YOGA EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

SPACE
Whether it's a large living room in your home, a church rec room, or conference room - you provide the space and we provide the yoga.  We will need space to accommodate a spread out yoga mat, and for each student to stretch her/his arms and legs wide in all directions.* 
COMFY CLOTHES
While yoga pants are never required, we recommend you wear comfortable clothes that you can move freely in.  Elastic waist shorts or pants, t-shirts or tank tops, and something to gather your hair up in a pony or bun, if your hair is long.
*Less space is needed for Chair Yoga classes.

Add a 15 minute Guided Meditation to any class for an additional $30.
*No class limit for Chair Yoga classes.  You provide the chairs.
CURVY YOGA classes are a safe, body-positive space for yogis of all shapes, sizes, and ability levels.  Classes are intuitively sequenced and modifications are offered to allow yogis to develop strength, flexibility, and balance while also exploring the breath and deepening awareness within our bodies.

CHAIR YOGA classes are asanas, or yoga poses, performed while seated in a chair, or with the aid of a chair.  These classes can be a great benefit to your workplace, teaching your colleagues the benefits of movements throughout their day.

GENTLE YOGA is appropriate for those that want a softer, nurturing yoga experience.  One that is slower-paced and well-supported.  Our Gentle Yoga practice is a quiet, meditative, and non-strenuous class.

RESTORATIVE YOGA is a practice that is all about slowing down and opening your body through passive stretching. During the long holds of restorative yoga your muscles are allowed to relax deeply. It's a unique feeling because props, rather than your muscles, are used to support your body. Restorative classes are very mellow, making them a good complement to more active practices, as well as, an excellent antidote to stress.

GUIDED MEDITATION is an experience in which you meditate in response to breathing and verbal queues from your teacher.  The purpose of guided meditation is to aid with mental, emotional, and physical healing, as well as stress relief.


ALL of these classes are perfectly suited for First Timers and Beginners!
